Advice:
Please visit your local pharmacy in the first instance who can advise you on any sinus relief medication and nasal sprays.
If the problem is reoccurring or persists after trying treatment from the pharmacy please call the practice between the hours of 8.30-10am or 2.00-2.30pm and give the receptionist as much information as you can and a clinician will call you back the same day.
